The student-to-teacher ratio has become an impossible hurdle. While the teachers are clearly hardworking and kind individuals, they are being set up to fail by the sheer volume of children in each room. It’s realistically impossible for any child to get undivided attention here and because the teachers are so outnumbered, daily reports are often generic or incomplete. If you ask a specific question about your child’s day, the staff usually can't provide an answer. If you are looking for a place where your child is truly seen and nurtured as an individual, this isn't it. Your child will be safe, but they will be just another number in a very crowded room. Reply to owner: Thank you for the follow-up. My main goal was to ensure these concerns were addressed by management. We have moved on to a program that prioritizes children over profit. This canned response actually proves the point I made in my initial review—it feels more like corporate damage control than genuine concern for the families involved. Instead of addressing staffing concerns I raised, you've provided a template. It proves my point: the priority here is PR, not the children.

Now that my son has been attending KinderCare for a few months I can confidently review. Obviously as a ftm I was extremely nervous and scared to send my son to daycare, but the staff has been amazing at communicating and being so kind to me. All the teachers and front desk staff is amazing and greet you by name. My son loves going to school and he’s so much more confident. I love seeing him grow. I love how clean the location is and the app is easy to use. I love how you know what your kids eat and what activities they are doing. I know there are so many other options but I am so glad I chose them!

It's hard for me to construct this review. I took my twins there at the beginning of January after touring 3 other establishments. My main point of communication was Sam. Sam, throughout the entire experience, was sweet and supportive. I truly believe she cares for all kids there. Now of my four-year-old twins, one has type 1 diabetes, which the school agreed to care for. I worked to review the diabetic care with the teachers who showed that day and were on time (a concerning theme that frequented the few weeks they were enrolled). The twins were placed in two different rooms and the difference in the experience each had was astonishing. My daughter's teachers sent photos of her in stations, outside playing, and sent the projects weekly which she worked on in class. She LOVED each of them very much. I have no doubt she was cared for and received the quality of care I would hope of for both attendees. She was excited and smiled every day going in and leaving class. My son's class was quite a different experience. The classroom was intensely populated and the teachers seemed quite overwhelmed with their class in the morning, when I would pop in to check on him, and in the afternoon for pick-up. Initially teachers were responsive to my messaging to give him apple juice (which we supplied to help with the medical necessity when his blood sugars would drop), but about a week they became less and/or non responsive, and the tone over text and phone became short, dismissive, and annoyed. About two weeks in, there started to come reports of my son randomly hitting other students in class (which had never taken place at his previous daycare before moving to the area). While I am not the parent to claim I birthed the perfect child, I cannot believe the amount of "documented" and frequently late and/or not document occurrences to be accurate. Many times, the documentation would reflect a specific time frame (associated with stations or circle time) Which there was about 5 recorded photos in the 4-week span (mentioned to admin but no huge difference in frequency of postings), and there were never any artifacts sent home of anything he did in class throughout the entirety his enrollment (if you don't include the frequent markers colorings on his face) I would ask him about the incidents, which he would tell me he was hit first (again I did not birth a perfect child, but I cannot believe he instigated every occurrence) On the way to school every day, I would speak with him about not hitting friends and if he was hit, he needed to “tell the teacher.” This became the mantra he would walk in with. This was the beginning on him venturing to “tell the teacher” Who would listen to him… which was Sam. When he was hit or to cool down when he was being bothered by another student, he would try to find comfort when his teachers were unable or unwilling to provide that for him. When I was told he was at risk of being disenrolled due to him hitting other kids, I tearfully walked into the classroom, to take him home. When I walked in, I watched as he played by himself while the teacher worked on cleaning the classroom, at which point there were 12 other kids running around the classroom not being attentively observed. At this point another student ran up to him with a plastic carrot which he hit him in the head with multiple times but my son never physically retaliated. With my son crying in pain, the teacher did not look up once and it was not until I spoke up than she even noticed. I questioned why the incident I observed first hand was not documented as all the ones my son “unprovoking imitated” and was told they did know why. I am convinced his disenrollment was more to the teachers being overwhelmed with the size of the student population, inexperience, and preferring to not assist with diabetic care. When I would follow up to see if admin was able to check in or observe, I was consistently told they were unable to due needing to fill in for staff shortages. First off. I wanna say I basically have a child in each room. They all get treated so well. My kids love their teachers and the staff. They take amazing care of my little girl in infants A. They are soooo patient with my oldest girl and my youngest son. They adore my oldest son. The teachers are amazing and the facility is always so clean and welcoming.

So many good things to say about this daycare. We have been part of the KinderCare family for almost a year and definitely will continue to be. Everyone, and I mean including his own teachers, teachers of other classes, directors, all the staff has been so so welcoming and friendly. They all know my son and seem genuinely happy to have us as part of their center. Communication is fantastic, their curriculum is great and their app/payment system/updates throughout the day is so easy. They share pictures constantly and have great activities for the kids each day. If I had to really dig and pick a “bad” thing, would be that they don’t have cameras in the rooms. But they have a lot of staff in and out of the rooms constantly, so I have no worry about that at all. To say I am pleased with this place, would be an understatement. Definitely lucky to have them as part of my kids development.
