Powered by GoogleMy son had his first camp experience here recently. We were beyond impressed in their thorough organization, safety, efficiency, and most importantly, well planned fun for the kids. They did things they wouldn’t always have accessibility to elsewhere. Darelyn was amazing and understanding as we were nervous first time camp parents. She is beyond reassuring and helpful. The whole team is awesome. We definitely will be back.
My daughter, 11 attended a week long summer camp in 2023. This was her third camp and again they did an amazing job! She stays active, entertained, and is excited about it every year. The only summer camp where I don’t hear her complain about being bored! Great job to the staff for all the smiling faces and kindness shown! My daughter says she highly recommends it!
We recently visited for a 10year olds birthday party. We had the place to ourselves! The staff was informative and patient, they handled the kids well and cheered them on when they got scared. The area was clean and well kept. Several covered picnic tables were provided for our use, the cake and other perishables were kept in the main buildings refrigerator until we needed them, there is a covered pier as well where sit and look out over the water. They had a golf cart on site and gladly transported an elderly person back to their car. The parking area is a downhill hike to the main building, so keep that in mind when you have to head back. You are able to pull your vehicle down closer to drop off supplies, etc. Overall a wild success and a great activity for kiddos!!! The staff was super friendly! (This was our third visit)
Hidden GEM! You don't find places like this very often. It's on Lake Hickory. Family owned and operated. You feel like part of the family and the property is beautiful! If you are in Hickory, don't miss it, it is worth the drive. They did a great job building the zip lines and the ropes courses and providing different levels of difficulty so everyone, even kids and scared adults, can enjoy! That fact that it is in such a beautiful location only enhances the experience.
Such a great addition to Hickory, the course is challenging, but completely doable, I love that you have to figure out how to do it, there are staff there to keep you safe, but the challenge is real, and the zip line across the lake is awesome! want to have a great time, but also challenge yourself. Treetop Adventures is a great choice, they also have a kids course, and the kids gave it a rave review also. Fun had by all. I can't wait to do it again, I will be bringing friends and family when the come into town.
