Best camp ever!

Great idea and choices of camps. But kinda Weird vibe at least with our experience. Seemed important to staff to ensure that you were shamed for “forgetting” something, including an extra pair of clothes for..archery? They are also very intolerant of 6 yr olds hugging each other, which 6 yr olds tend to do. At one point we were told our kid had hurt another kid, but checked with the parent who indicated that they were told nothing had happened. When I asked staff about this, the answer was “well, some of the kids said it happened”, when the implication had been that it was witnessed. We will do other camps next summer

I was so excited for my son to attend the kids night out and also for my husband and I to have a date night. It looks like an amazing program. Unfortunately, no one was there to receive us and the place was closed despite paying for the evening. No email explaining and nobody I could call to ask what happened. All in all it ended in a meltdown from our son expecting to have a fun night, and our disappointment of having a night to ourselves. So basically a no star evening for us.

Trackers Earth is an incredible program, teaching and educating youth and young adults about the world around us. Skills essential to growing as a person, teammate and, outdoor enthusiast. Students learn how to care for nature and the more than human world. I highly recommend trackers to any and all adventurous and curious kids out there. I am an instructor with tracker but before that I was a camper. This is my 13th year involved with tracker and it has been, hands done one of the best experiences of my life.
