We arrived and were handed a yellow slip of paper. They said the coach had already called the class back and told us to send our child in. There was no introduction to the coach, the facilities, etc. As we observed the class, the coach was not coaching. Instead, it was a free for all. My child was attempting to do front rolls, cartwheels, walk on the balance beam, etc without a spotter (and we signed up for the beginner class and indicated our child had no gymnastic experience). For the price they charge, I would expect top notch facilities (they only have one bathroom and it's not exactly the cleanest), professional staff, and safety.
