Powered by GoogleMy kids have been taking the classes at the coder school for over two years. They absolutely love it and enjoy it. The owner(Raj), is always respectful towards my kids and is fast when responding to messages. My kids say that the staff there is very good at explaining about what to do in certain situations in coding. We're honestly lucky to have a such a good school near us.
We have had a great experience with theCoderSchool in Plymouth. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about teaching coding to students of all skill levels. They do an excellent job of breaking down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand lessons, which makes learning both engaging and fun. What really stood out to us was the hands-on approach. Instead of just learning theory, students get to build real projects based on topics of their interest, which helps reinforce what they’ve learned and builds confidence. The environment is supportive and encouraging, making it a great place for beginners as well as more advanced learners. Overall, theCoderSchool in Plymouth is a fantastic place for anyone looking to develop coding skills in a structured yet enjoyable way. We would definitely recommend it to students and parents alike.
A year ago my nine-year-old son discovered how much he loved coding and I had no idea what to do with him or how to support his growth in this area. After not only attending the Coder Schools wonderful camps, we began going weekly to classes with Raj and his wonderful crew of student experts. This is an absolutely wonderful program. If my son could go every day, he would!
Our experience with The Coder School has been nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, the teachers have been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging with the kids. They make coding fun, engaging, and exciting while teaching real programming and problem-solving skills. What truly sets the Coder School apart is the passion and care that the owner and teachers bring to every class. It’s clear that they genuinely want each child to succeed, build confidence, and feel proud of what they create. The environment is so positive and supportive that kids feel comfortable asking questions, trying new things, and thinking creatively. Seeing my kids get excited about coding and proudly show the projects they’ve built has been such a rewarding experience as a parent. They look forward to every class and have learned so much in a short amount of time. If you are looking for coding classes for kids in the Plymouth area, I highly recommend The Coder School!
If I could give more stars, I would! The week-long summer camp program for beginners opened an entire new world of coding knowledge and skills for my daughter. It truly changed her life! She especially enjoyed having young women as instructors who she could look up to and relate to, in addition to the other great staff and teachers who made her feel confident and comfortable asking for help and guidance. After attending a few more of The Coder School Plymouth's summer camps throughout middle school, she had the confidence to take AP Computer Science as a high school freshman and did great. She has continued with programming curriculum throughout high school and is planning to pursue Computer Science in college. That ONE beginner summer camp and the great experience she had changed the trajectory of her studies. I don't think she would have pursued robotics and STEM programs at school without this first fabulous introduction to coding and the fun projects they completed at camp. To be clear, my daughter had little to no interest in coding / programming before this camp. She really only got signed up to attend because her little brother wanted to go and I needed a week of summer childcare! I would have never guessed this would be the outcome. Thankful we signed them up. Give this place a try!
