Powered by GoogleVery horrible experience!! The owner was rude, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful from the moment I asked a simple question. I felt discriminated against and was even told to leave. This is not a welcoming place at all. I would not recommend The Zone to anyone.DO NOT GO
This place was dirty!!! Bathrooms were nasty with no hand soap or tissue paper. The courts are not wood floors with some parts coming up. There was different color tape lining on the courts which was very confusing for the players. Seating was horrible so I would recommend to just bring your own chairs because the staff for sure will not allow you to use their fold up chairs.
My son chose to celebrate his 14th birthday during spring break with a March Madness–style basketball party, and we reserved 2 hour court time at The Zone in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We visited a few days prior to ask questions and were met by a very unwelcoming and unprofessional manager. I initially gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he was just having a bad day. However, on the actual day of our paid reservation, he displayed the same dismissive and unpleasant attitude. For $100 per hour, you would expect a decent level of service or at least basic accommodations but this facility provides nothing beyond the space itself. There were no basketballs available, no equipment, and no effort to prepare the court. I had to ask the manager just to set up the hoops for our scheduled 2:00 PM time slot. To make matters worse, they do not offer food during weekdays and also prohibit bringing food inside. This makes it extremely inconvenient, especially for events like birthday parties where food is essential. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor communication, and minimal value for the price made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this facility for events or celebrations unless significant improvements are made in both service and overall offerings.
The Zone is a great place for baseball training, and my son really enjoys practicing there. The coaches and overall environment are very positive, and it’s a good space for kids to improve their skills. However, one thing that could definitely be improved is the seating area. There is a sofa that is in very poor condition—it looks worn out and dirty, which takes away from the overall experience for parents waiting during practice. With a small upgrade to the seating area, this place would be even better. Overall, we are happy with the training and would still recommend it.
A great sports complex, I loved the layout and the size of the premises, at the entrance, they have a restaurant where you can find drinks and small bites. Besides the main parking, there’s another one which is more than enough for any event. Highly recommended it.
