Such a fun and unexpected experience at Snipping Wheel ATX! My friend surprised me with a class here and it honestly turned into one of the most memorable outings I’ve had in a while. The instructor was amazing — super patient, engaging, and made everyone feel comfortable even if it was their first time. The whole atmosphere was energetic, creative, and just pure fun. We laughed so much the entire time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a unique activity with friends or a fun date idea in Austin!

We chose this place for a fun date with my wife. We hoped fo something out of ordinary, but The Spinning Wheel went well beyond our expectations! With the help of artistic staff, we got to do our own Christmas plate and custom soup bowl, paint and glaze them (those were 2 separate sessions, as they had to dry, so we returned after a couple of weeks to finish up). The process was surprisingly easy and fun with all the help and passion we got from Karis and Maricella! We also thinking to bring our daughter here to try, as we are sure she'll love it. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this pottery class! Our teacher, Maya, was absolutely fantastic — patient, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made everyone feel comfortable right away, whether you were brand new to the wheel or had some experience. One of the best parts of the class is that you really get creative freedom. You basically get to make whatever you want with your clay on the wheel, and Maya is there to guide you, offer tips, and help bring your ideas to life. She gives just the right balance of instruction and independence, so you feel supported without feeling restricted. It was a fun, relaxing, and hands-on experience, and I left feeling proud of what I created. I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to try something creative and learn from a wonderful teacher!
