My daughter had a winter camp here and the facilities were very modern and minimalist allowing it to blend into the backdrop which is South Mountain. The views and campus make this place an awesome candidate for such retreats. I'm glad Camp Catanese chose this accessible yet rugged location as my daughter said it was amazing all around.

Really nice place to stay for camp. Electricity, flushing toilets, and regular showers, heating and air conditioning. The layout is perfect and that it’s not too tight but you’re not having to trek long distances to get anywhere. Kitchen is modern. Just the look of it is very attractive. The museum is a blast from the past. The bunk beds are surprisingly comfortable. So I hope they fix the squeaking bathroom doors because it woke everybody up every time someone went to the bathroom at night. The mess hall is large and consider a ton of people.
