A few weeks ago I was able to visit THE OH LINE ACADEMY for a workout session. Coach Detweiler was very personable and answered all of my questions. The group which is no larger than 10 athletes per session, had three coaches which meant a tremendous amount of individualized instruction for each participant. Coach Detweiler also records each of the sessions to enhance learning and also watches film with his clients to make sure they are getting the most out of their training. In addition, Coach uses a combination of training tape and game tape so that his clients develop a comprehensive understanding of the techniques, schemes and defensive recognition required to be successful at the OL position. OL is very technical position that requires a skilled technical coach who can simplify complex ideas so that his players understand. Coach Detweiler is exactly that and he will make your kid better. For any young men that aspire to play tackle football as an offensive lineman or a defensive lineman and be successful. This academy is an absolute must for properly developing the best skills for offense and defense from middle school all the way upto and through High school. My son Hayden currently training with these gentlemen and absolutely loves every minute of both the offensive and defensive training and applies everything that he learns in training with his team. Do your son a favor and enroll it's worth every minute. UPDATE: 2026 winter-I cannot express how good this instructional football training program is for the development of young men. The attention to detail and the all around quality of instruction and training are awesome. From training to film study and overall development of football knowledge this program is second to none. I have zero doubt that my son Hayden will be ready for the transition from middle school football to high school football for the upcoming season once he starts high-school next school year.
