The Next Ace focuses on repetition and doing things the correct way. Dale broke everything down into direct simple steps, so that my son understood how to execute more effectively. My son is throwing farther and fielding has improved greatly. After getting hit by a ball, my son developed a huge mental block in the batter's box. It was heart breaking to watch him lose faith in his talents. Coach Dev cares about his students/players and wants them to succeed, not just in baseball, but in all areas and aspects of their life, their whole well-being. This is just not a parent speaking, but our son recognizes and appreciates that too.
