★★★★★Travis RedekerWe were in the Cedar City area for our spring break and while there, we went to this facility multiple times to help our son get ready for a tournament he had the following weekend. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the facility itself is impressive. We loved the Hittrax cage and how it provided instant feedback on how well you barreled the ball. My son got better that week! This business is a great addition to Cedar City.
★★Katelyn McCollumCages and equipment themselves were great. Worth the money and my family had a good time. However, the customer service we experienced was terrible. My family came in from out of town and have no experience with how the cages are operated. We were confused how it worked and trying to understand exactly what we were paying for. The brunette woman behind the counter (I think her name was Laynee) seemed annoyed to answer questions, had little to no patience and her attitude toward my family both on the phone and in person was terrible. It was way too hostile of an interaction for a simple batting cage. We almost walked out over the way she was speaking to us. There is a sign in the building that says “D-BAT developing beliefs, attitude & tradition.” I hope the D-BAT employees can follow their own slogan and develop a better attitude.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Chaisson and Gavin making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking for some fun, these batting cages are definitely worth checking out! You can even try out different bats. So glad to have something like this in Cedar for the kids to do. My son is loving it!
