The Nest Schools Amherst

My grandson was at the Goddard in North Ridgeville and was very unhappy. We moved to the Amherst area and I stopped in at The Nest one day for my daughter and met Mr.Zack who I immediately found to be a kind caring person someone I felt would be kind to my grandson. He took me through this immaculate building where everyone smiled and said hello. Then we met Miss Laura who would be my grandsons teacher... again immediately impressed. She had excellent control over her class room and the children all seemed happy. A big change from what we experienced at the Goddard School. It took a few weeks for us to do our homework and make sure this change would be the best move we didn't want him miserable again. We decided to make the move and Mr. Zach has been an amazing support. Miss Laura has shown such caring and concern for my grandson that he now loves going to school at The Nest. It has been several weeks now and every time I walk in the building and the classroom everything smells so clean. The classroom is immaculate and I attribute my grandson staying healthy compared to the number of colds etc he contracted previously. It's so nice to see him excited to tell us about his day and the awesome hot lunch and snacks that are served each day. Thank you to Mr. Zach, Miss Laura and The Nest Team for making us feel safe and comfortable while my grandson is in your care.

The teachers truly seem to care about the children and treat them as their own. I feel comfortable dropping my kids off and I know that they will be cared for all day. The facilities are clean, they communicate well and I love the pictures that are sent everyday! My kids have loved attending The Nest and we have referred friends to attend as well! I’d recommend anyone to the Nest!

My daughter started at the Nest about a month ago after switching from another daycare. I’m so grateful we did. My daughter absolutely loves the nest. The communication is awesome. They do so many fun and educational activities, and send multiple pictures daily. The facility is clean, and all of the staff are extremely kind.

The Nest is Amherst is by far the best daycare I have toured. It’s hard enough leaving my child but they made me feel comfort in knowing my kid will be cared for. My child has attended this daycare for 2 years and we have never had any issues. The teachers are all so kind and caring. I love that they have a curriculum and do age appropriate activities that encourage development

I cannot say enough good things about this school. My son started attending in August of this year and he LOVES it. He is always talking about his friends, and it is truly amazing to see how much he learns in just a weeks time. The facility goes above and beyond with activities, and often not only allow but encourage parents to attend. In the few short months since my son has started there was an ice cream social, a fall festival, a celebration for Halloween, grandparents day, and even a parent teacher conference which leads me to what I like best about this school. The communication and care from the teachers and Ms. Liv is nothing short of phenomenal. If our son has a rough drop off, they jump in to sooth him and make him feel calm, if there is ever a concern while he is there, phone calls are made or messages are sent. Our son LOVES all his teachers/administrators, and we love how much they truly care! I would recommend this school over and over to anyone and truly cannot express how impressed I am with it even after just a few short months!
