Well time have change I don’t understand the rating of 4.9 because the first week of me observed the daycare I have experienced my child needs not being attended, she was going here since she was six weeks of age. In she had soiled diapers a few time when we arrived. I asked if she would be feed q2h and was only feed twice more then once I screenshotted it on the playground app cause I couldn’t believe my eyes . She had diaper rash twice I went to the staff and I knew at this point I had an enough inso I went to Ms. Thalia about my concern and Ms.Jazmine stated to take a picture of it and they were going to watch the cameras in get back to me. Never did she but just recently before I had transferred my infant out of the daycare I had started putting on her on cereal and I have a certified letter they made that to be an issue, but my concerns on how the quality of care that my infant was getting was in an issue and so they brought up all the state regulation rules, so the whole regulation rules on what not to do or what to do as Daycare provider. But was given wrong information including the fact when I first start sending the kids to the daycare Ms.Jazmine stated I will have to get a letter from social service about that and not coming to pick up his daughter because of issues that I have with father picking up daughter when it was a safety issue.I am the mother who has full custody that of all my kids , I also seen a infant on the floor to do tummy time while both teachers are not near, the infants is crazy, or sleeping in the crib on they’re stomach,they have a special needs Child there and I can’t say much about what I know but I over heard the mother complaining as well about the diaper being soaked her words not mines I just feel like maybe they need to have someone else running the daycare, better structure and more staff cause one of the teachers did stated that it was seven babies in only her but I took my baby home that day she didn’t even stay five point five second.

They go above and beyond to make sure my kids are safe and feel loved. I would love to thank Ms. Jamila, Ms. Jazmine ms.charleane, Mrs. Benett, ms. since day one i have always felt that i was dropping my kids off to their aunties house and not a daycare center. it feels like a family, even with the other families/children. i love it here and so does my children! the staff is amazing. ALL AROUND CHILDREN OAKFIELD IS THE PLACE TO BE!

The daycare has been an intricate part of our family. They take good care of my grand girls and I'm most appreciative. They share on the spot communication and although we are not there during the day we are a part of their daily process. Viewing what they learn on a daily basis helps us assist them at home. It also allows us to ask them about their day and the specific things they have done. Ms. Tiana, Ms. Benton, and, Ms. Njeri, Ms. Charlena, the bus drive and the office staff all show us love and it's appreciate the love they show our babies. We are grateful.
