Powered by GoogleI generally refrain from providing negative feedback unless a business experience is exceptionally poor. Unfortunately, my experience here has been characterized by untrained staff, contradictory information, and a total lack of management accountability. Key Issues: • Contradictory Guidance: When I initiated a membership cancellation, staff advised me to "pause" the account instead to avoid losing accrued class credits from unattended sessions. However, when I later attempted to use those credits for my daughter, I was informed by the same staff member that the "pause" status explicitly prevented us from attending. This was the exact opposite of the solution originally proposed. • Administrative Inconsistency: After a lengthy conversation to resolve the issue, I requested the membership be restored so we could continue attending. Despite attending three subsequent sessions, I was informed by a different employee that the account was still showing as "paused," indicating a breakdown in internal communication and record-keeping. • Lack of Management Oversight: I requested to speak directly with the manager to resolve these discrepancies and left my contact information, stating I was available at any time. I never received a return call. Conclusion: This facility appears to be operated by a very young staff with no senior management oversight or adequate training. The lack of professional follow-through and the inability of the staff to provide reliable information has made maintaining a membership here untenable.
I was not impressed with this facility. When we first arrived before the class began, there was music playing that contained curse words. Then when class began, it was clear the staff was not actually trained in child development. The classes are too wide of an age range to fit the needs of young children all at one time. Absolutely not worth the money.
I can’t say enough amazing things about this location!! Gabriella, Amelia, and David are just a few amazing individuals that come to mind. Not only are they passionate and energetic teachers- they instill confidence and bravery in our little ones, and the positivity they spread stays with our children far past when class ends. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
We had our son’s 3rd birthday party at The Little Gym, and it was absolutely perfect! They made the whole celebration feel so special and completely customized it just for him. The team took care of everything—from setting up to leading fun activities—so we could just relax and enjoy the day. A huge thank-you to Abigail, Kinley, and London for making his third birthday unforgettable! They were so patient, energetic, and amazing with the kids. You could really tell they love what they do. We can’t recommend The Little Gym enough for anyone looking for a stress-free and super fun birthday party experience!
My 3 year old son has attended two classes so far, and it has been incredible. The staff is so nice (great personalities for working with children). The facility is fun and clean.
