★Courtney FerrerMy daughter has been taking classes at the Little Gym since she was 1. We lived on the east coast and it was amazing! She loved it. We moved to Arizona and we’re so excited that they had a location in Gilbert. Unfortunately, it was nothing like the experience she previously had! They are constantly changing instructors and it’s confusing for the children. The location chose to close on many occasions (not only holidays, but whenever they felt like it) and our class was cancelled with very short notice. They did give me makeup classes (that they NEVER mentioned expire after a few months) but by the end it happened so much, I had 8 makeups to get through. My daughter was often the only person in her class and she was getting very bored. We hadn’t gone to the class for 2 weeks and it was close to the end of the month. They charged me for the following month when my daughter decided she didn’t want to continue taking classes, I contacted the gym to let them know her decision and talked about using the makeups. I was told that the employee would speak to the owners and get back to me. This never happened. I had to call and speak to several different people before I got any answers. When I requested a refund for the month that we had never been to, they were extremely rude and denied me. I was willing to accept using the makeups that I had in place of the money they refused to return, but they had cancelled my membership without me authorizing it and told me my daughter couldn’t attend class if she wasn’t a member. Absolute Crooks. As many reviewers mention, if you ever have any questions or concerns, they claim the managers need to get involved, and they NEVER respond to email or calls, and are NEVER at the business. Do not give this location your business!

I've been waiting now 4 days for a respnse to a question left in voicemail and in person with no respnse. The trainers/coach appear rushed and overwhelmed by the class sizes, Limited individual engagement. The front desk disappears and no one is available until the beginning and end of each class. The gym itself is a one size fits all ages and found that my was limited to three pieces of equipment and floor space. The audio doesnt work and they dont have enough play toys for everyone. Hygiene and sanitary cleaning needs to be improved most equipment had strong human body odor. Reminds me of a mix of anytime and planet fitness
