Our son has been attending The Lab for two years. It has been an amazing experience for him and us. It has taught him so much. His basketball skills have improved tremendously and he continues to grow each time he goes. It’s also taught him discipline, hard work, and improved his confidence on and off the court. I can’t say enough good things about the trainers and this gym. I would definitely recommend taking your child there. There is training for all levels, whether they are just beginning or already have basketball skills.

For other parents interested in helping their children improve, The Lab program should be highly considered. In a short period of time, my son has improved his skills dramatically and continues to get better each week. His weekly workouts are fast-paced, and full of techniques that my son can apply in his games. My son's dribbling skills and footwork have improved and his shooting technique, has taken a big step up with The Lab. I love that the groups are not too big and are further split to really observe and work with the kids more closely. They also take the time out to give the extra attention and instruction when needed. Very good experience, and the investment has been well worth it!
