Powered by GoogleWe cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing dance space and caring loving owners, Maia and Rhonda who have welcomed us into their dance family home. We were heartbroken when our former studio had to close and were unsure if we would find a facility that would mean as much to us - and in just a few short weeks over the summer, we had our answer. The Industry Dance Academy is more than an amazing dance school, more than just a place for incredible creative choreographers to share their knowledge, more than a safe environment for your kids to learn and finesse theirs skills at whatever level they may be. It is family and our family is forever grateful that we are now part of theirs.
After seeing The Industry's competitive company at several competitions in the past year, my daughter wanted to explore training with The Industry. After meeting with the directors and professional faculty, and taking classes over the summer from choreographers she has always dreamed of working with, my daughter felt this studio would able her to take her training to the next level. It's been a great choice for us and while leaving a studio you've been at for a long time can be difficult, the warm welcome and family atmosphere has made it a great transition. We look forward to the years to come.
We started out taking a few classes here and there in July. Our previous studio sadly closed and we needed a new “home”. Maia and Rhonda (owners/directors) were so gracious and understanding, and btw the sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet! We immediately felt so relieved and welcomed by them, other parents and their loving teachers. We knew we made the best choice possible for my then 10 yr old. Her peers are just as friendly and happy to embrace her as one of their own, instantly!! The facility is the best I’ve ever seen, spacious and brand new! They’ve thought of everything including age appropriate dressing rooms, a study room, a communal kitchen and eating area! In the short time there, she is now taking a full load of classes taught by the best there is and access to such amazing guest teachers, learning technique in leaps and bounds! Everyone is professional and I have no doubt my daughter will excel in this creative, positive environment!!
We LOVE this dance studio!!! First of all, the owners Maia and Rhonda are extremely kind and generous with their time. They have the best intentions for each young dancer and want to see them thrive. I completely trust their judgement as seasoned professionals in guiding my daughter into the best classes for her. Stacy and Elaine are wonderful and generous teachers with enthusiasm for children. They focus on each child and my daughter is having fun while being challenged with technique and repertoire. I would highly recommend The Industry!!! In regards to Chana’s review below... I witnessed the exchange and saw how hard the owners and teacher worked to accommodate her and her daughter. They were not rude to her and did not keep her waiting or her daughter out in the rain. They extended the special offer and recommended the best class for her little girl. She was not going to be satisfied and all the Industry wants is for the kids to have a good experience!
We are so thankful to have found this new dance studio. The facility is absolutely gorgeous. Clean, welcoming, huge quality dance rooms and dressing rooms and study room for the kids. The best part, though is definitely the owners and top notch choreographers and teachers that teach here on a weekly basis. My 13 year old daughter absolutely loves it! She has always trained at a high level for several hours a week; but here she is not only training 20 hours a week in a pre professional program, but is training and learning from the best.
