Not recommended.. No signs about no plastic floaties allowed, but they’ll tell you after you try to get in water with one like you should’ve known. Walked out of a door that they had propped open, and a lifeguard rudely told me it was an emergency exit only, no such signs on the door. And if it is an emergency door, why is it propped open and why did multiple lifeguards use it to go outside? We were taking a swimming vest off of my 5 year daughter in the 1.5 foot water and the lifeguard said she wasn’t allowed to use it as a floatie, we never attempted to use it as one because she could sit in the water and still wouldn’t even come close to her face, hence why we were taking it off of her. If you are going to blow the whistle(which you will hear every 20-30 seconds) maybe explain to the child or parent what they did wrong. The Lifeguards are too eager to blow their whistles on the smallest/inconsequential things but didn’t catch when a parent left their approximately 6 year old child unaccompanied in the pool area for 5 minutes. Remind the lifeguards that they aren’t there to monitor fun but to keep the kids safe. Employees at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Lifeguards could use some retraining.

Terrible. Lifeguards are terribly rude. Especially to little ones; if you plan on bringing kids DO NOT COME HERE. I understand having to enforce the rules, but they are so unbelievably rude it’s disgusting. Full blown yelling at kids from ages 1-3;LITERAL BABIES. My sister was standing by the slide next to a lifeguard waiting for me-and the lifeguard beside her blows her whistle and yells at my sister to move. My sister is 3. Completely ridiculous. LET ALONE I look up from the pool and I see the gym-and there was a middle aged man looking down into the pool area touching himself. Why even have the gym area be able to see right down into the pool area. Also heard of rust pouring into the pool -CAUSING NUMBERS OF INFECTIONS. Highly do not recommend.

The lifeguards are unprofessional and terrible with children. No telling how many little children drowned in the aqautic center to make the staff decide that whistling, yelling and frightening young children every 30 seconds, by being mean to them, is the best way to keep everyone "safe". There is so much yelling from the staff that it's as if they are yelling at any child who might be having fun in order to stop the fun. Well it worked. They made our entire family feel like we were doing something wrong just by being there. The old woman lifeguard is so mean my 7yr old daughter didn't even want to walk past her alone. They whistled and yelled at my 15 month old repeatedly for going down the slide the "wrong way" (feet first, on belly is how most children of that age feel safest ascending down something). They yelled at him so much that one of the regulars there made a joke that I had a "criminal baby". They didn't care or move out of their seat when my infant was actually choking down gulps of water after we had to make him go down the slide the "right way". Safe to say they don't care if your child drowns as long as they are following the rules while doing so. Visit was on 2/2/26 in the evening. We drove all the way from Paducah. We had been once before about 8 years ago and had a wonderful experience but we won't be back after this.

I’m super disappointed with this facility. My son who is 50 inches (we measured before we arrived to the hub) was not allowed to go down the slide because their website says “at least 48 inches to ride the big slide”. The lady was super rude about it which made the situation a lot worse. I’m usually not the type of person to complain about a policy but knowing what their website said and me measuring my 50 inch child and was still told he’s too small is a reason to share a review. The manager with glasses is rude. At this point I don’t have much to say about this facility other than it’s a joke. You will gladly take someone’s money but someone whose above the slide height requirements can’t ride a slide so yeah as a mom whose child has came here more than once and has always wanted to go down this slide finally can and they say no. Don’t have a height restriction on your website if you can’t abide by it.

We traveled from Morganfield,Ky and we absolutely loved every moment of this place. The indoor water Park was lovely the staff was wonderful. Life guards do there Jobs wonderfuly. We will definitely be back. We told people back home who are now going to travel to spend money in your town as well. Thank you letting us enjoy your facility and make memories with our family. My God bless this organization and let it grow tremendously.
