After losing another practice due to rain, I called up the Hit Club to see if they could squeeze us in with little to no notice. The owner immediately reserved a slot for us that lined up perfectly with the time of our regulary scheduled practice. The owner gave us access to two more cages than we had agreed on without adding to the price. I will absolutely be back, my team had an awesome time. I am very grateful to the Hit Club for being there for us when we were in a pinch and giving us a place to have a fun and exciting practice.

Once you get in touch with them and are able to schedule a lesson the coaches are great. As far as the way the business is run, still waiting on a refund after attempting to contact them 3 times to schedule a lesson.1 week after requesting a refund I Received a return call, but he had the wrong number. I called him back to let him know he reached the wrong persons voicemail, but he didn’t answer. I again left him a voicemail to let him know I want a refund for my final 3 lessons that haven’t been scheduled and still no returned call. At least we know his phone does in fact work.
