Employee (owners daughter) stole my daughter's shoes!!!! I was in town this weekend for a basketball tournament and took my kids into The Grip Ninja inside the Nets on Fire gym while my daughter was playing. When we were leaving, we realized my daughter’s $150 Birkenstocks were missing. The employee working there immediately started acting strange and claimed she saw “a kid in a jersey” come in and take them. I told her my daughter wears a women’s size 7.5, and oddly enough, she said she did too. When I asked to check the security cameras, her behavior became even more suspicious. She repeatedly said she was scared I was going to call the police and kept insisting, at least 8 times, that we should “check the bathroom” because “this has happened before” and “the shoes always end up in the bathroom.” I first checked the main bathroom in the hallway, but she quickly redirected me and pointed me toward a hidden bathroom in the corner of the gym that most people wouldn’t even know was there. Sure enough, my daughter’s Birkenstocks were hidden behind the toilet. When I confronted her, she became visibly nervous, laughing the entire time and struggling to even help customers walking in. I told her I knew she had taken the shoes and asked her to at least apologize to my daughter. Later that night, I called to speak with the owner. One of the owners called me back and admitted that the security footage showed his daughter — the employee working there — taking the shoes. He apologized and said she would not be working there “for a while.” I appreciate the apology, but it’s extremely concerning that an employee stole from a customer, was caught on camera, laughed about it, and may still eventually return to work there. Just wanted to give other parents and customers a heads up: keep a close eye on your belongings if you visit. And honestly, if your shoes have ever gone missing there before, there’s a good chance she may have been responsible for those too.
This is the best Ninja climbing place I've ever been to The Grip Ninja is the best on the map you need to hit this place up with your kids. Anyone can become a Ninja!!!
I have very mixed feelings on the St George location, as we held a birthday party there that had some bad customer service. The owner was great and reached out to apologize, but the staff there can be extremely rude at times. The facility is awesome and my kids absolutely love it. We have used both the St George and Washington locations and prefer this location for the facility, but prefer whoever runs the Washington side because they are AWESOME. We ll visit sometimes, but probably more often to the other facility
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Grip Ninja, and let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations. The massive obstacle course had us feeling like true ninjas, challenging us at every turn with its diverse and exhilarating challenges. From scaling walls to navigating tight ropes, there was never a dull moment. But the excitement didn’t stop there. The trampoline and foam pit were absolute highlights, offering endless opportunities for flips, jumps, and pure airborne joy. It was impossible not to feel like a kid again as I bounced around with sheer delight. What truly set Grip Ninja apart, though, was their exceptional staff. When my granddaughter took a tumble and bruised her leg, they were quick to respond with care and professionalism. Within minutes, they had provided her with an ice pack and ensured she was comfortable and well-attended to. Their dedication to safety and guest satisfaction was evident throughout the entire experience. Overall, Grip Ninja delivers on every front – from thrilling obstacles to top-notch amenities and attentive staff. Whether you’re a seasoned ninja warrior or just looking for a fun day out, this place is an absolute must-visit.
