The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse

My family and I drove three hours to play volleyball at this facility and were really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, it was incredibly disappointing. For a facility of this size, the layout and overall planning seem very poorly thought out. If your team is placed on one of the middle courts, be prepared for there to be nowhere to sit and for a constant stream of people walking directly in front of you as they move between courts. It makes it extremely difficult for players and spectators to focus on the match. Even more concerning, there are no divider nets between courts. Volleyballs from other games regularly roll into active play, disrupting matches and creating potential safety issues for players. The women’s restroom was also frustrating. While it is large and split into two sides, there were only about six sinks available and three of them were out of order. For a facility hosting large tournaments, that simply isn’t acceptable. After driving three hours and paying to play here, I expected a facility that was organized, safe, and accommodating for athletes and families. Unfortunately, this facility fell far short of those expectations. I hope management takes feedback seriously and makes improvements, because the current setup does not provide the quality experience players deserve.

Nice big facility, however NOT very ADA friendly. I require the use of an electric wheelchair. ALL of the limited handicap accessible parking spots were full. My dad dropped me off at the front doors. There is NO RAMP by the front doors. I had to brave the busy parking lot and go between vehicles to access a ramp to get up on the sidewalk, then go back to the front doors. The team we came to watch was on court 14. It was very difficult to get to the area to be able to watch the game. The restrooms were fine. I would be very weary to go back.

Flew in from Arizona to attend my daughter’s tournament, and The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse did not disappoint. The space is massive but well organized plenty of room for players, coaches, and fans, with solid sightlines from every seat. It was incredibly clean, from the floors to the restrooms, which makes long days on your feet a lot easier. Staff were friendly and efficient, parking was straightforward, and concessions kept lines moving. The vibe is practical and no-nonsense, just what you want for a tournament weekend. If you’re in town for hoops or volleyball, this fieldhouse is a solid, dependable choice. We’ll be back.

I recently had the chance to visit the Farmers Bank Fieldhouse in Lebanon, Indiana, and I was thoroughly impressed. This place is truly a gem for athletes and sports lovers of all kinds. From the moment I stepped inside, I could tell it was designed with quality and versatility in mind. It’s massive—200,000 square feet—and packed with top-tier amenities. One of the things I loved most was the pickleball area. There are 12 dedicated courts, and they’re kept in excellent condition. I ended up chatting with a few regulars, and they couldn’t stop raving about the leagues, clinics, and social mixers. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned player, there’s something for everyone. They also offer memberships that make it really easy to reserve court time without paying extra each time you play. The basketball courts were another highlight. There are eight full hardwood courts, and the space can also be converted into 15 volleyball courts. I watched a GoTime Basketball practice while I was there—it’s their in-house youth development program—and I was impressed by the professionalism and skill development they offer. It’s clear that they’re committed to helping young athletes grow. The indoor turf football field blew me away. It was designed by the same team that’s worked with Ohio State and the Baltimore Ravens, so the quality is next level. It’s a full-sized turf field with football-specific markings and safety netting around the entire space. I liked that they even have dividing curtains so multiple groups can use the space at once without interference. Golf lovers will be thrilled with Ralphy’s Golf Simulators. I tried one out and got to virtually play some famous courses from around the world—it was so realistic. It’s all powered by TrackMan technology, and you can book private sessions. Definitely a great option if you want to work on your swing year-round. Up on the mezzanine, there are pitching and hitting cages that are ideal for baseball and softball training. Each tunnel is fully turfed and comes with everything you need: L-screens, portable mounds, even batting tees. I also noticed a 50-seat classroom for film review and an awesome weight room with professional-grade flooring and equipment. Even the parking stood out to me. The design of the lots and the overall flow of traffic made it incredibly easy to get in and out. That’s not something I usually think about, but it really made a difference. The Fieldhouse is part of the larger Hickory Junction development, which includes restaurants, retail, and other attractions, so it’s in a super convenient location right off I-65. All in all, the Farmers Bank Fieldhouse exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a sports complex—it’s a community hub that brings people together and promotes healthy, active lifestyles. I can’t wait to go back.

Very nice multi-use sports facility in Lebanon. The exterior is office building meets mega-warehouse. The interior is fresh, bright and functional. The parking lot situation is odd. There’s a very large unused open field in front of the complex, but the parking spaces are on either side of the building. Not an issue for athletes and guests, but be aware that there’s at least a hundred and fifty to two hundred yards walk to the main entrance. If someone has mobility concerns, consider a front drop off. It’s an easy commute just off I-65. For west-siders, it’s definitely much easier travel than Finch Creek. Looking forward to attending more sporting events at this location.
