It was really a good experience to join my 2 year old here, after attending few classes my son lost his fear of water and he started enjoying it. Cleanliness wise it’s good Thank you

We just enrolled my kid for swimming lesson. The first class , we went there and heard the instructor didn't show up. At least they are able to reschedule the class. Again just 3 hrs before her second class, I got the call that her class is cancelled, again they don't have the instructor. This time, they told no time slot available for rescheduling. Not happy with enrollment , hope they will fix the problems.

Mainly a waste of a lot of money. Child still doesn’t know how to swim (& neither did any of the other children in the group after the end of the program). Some parents paid for a 2nd program for more additional lessons, but for the cost of it, the children should know how to swim at the end of it. Lessons are not very organized, kind of all over the place with no clear directions. I would look else where if I had to do it all over again. It did help get my child more comfortable in the water just from coming once a week.

Unfortunately we have not had a good experience here. We were enrolled in the mommy and me “lessons” for my 14 month old. I understand that they can’t follow too much instruction at this age, but there is zero engagement and instruction from the instructors to the point where my daughter is eager to get out of the pool herself and leave. It is literally a free swim for 30 minutes. I expressed my frustration, so they offered trying a different day with another instructor. It was the exact same thing. The instructor literally sat in the pool for 30 minutes and didn’t say one word while we just floated around. You should not be charging someone over $200 for “lessons” when it is really a free swim. We unfortunately will not be going back here.

I have 2 kids currently in swim classes and it’s been a mixed bag. My son’s instructor has been good and he is in the stranger danger phase so I applaud her for being able to keep him engaged and not have a complete melt down. I also have my daughter and we have been disappointed with her instructor, in this last session I actually observed the clock and it lasted 10mins as the instructor was spending time talking to another parent during the slotted time yet still ended my daughter’s session at the normal time. Beyond that we just don’t feel she has been as good as the instructor my son has but I’ll update my review if something changes.
