Tepee Bible Camp is a nondenominational Christian overnight camp on a wooded 40-acre site about 7.5 miles south of Rifle, near the White River National Forest, for youth ages 7-18 and families. Programs use a tribal-life and Native American lore theme with Bible study, creative crafts, music, group games, tepee competitions and campfires; older campers hike in the national forest. Note: camp was recently canceled for a summer season due to water-system problems, so current-season operation should be confirmed.

★★★★★Kimberly DaweTepee Bible Camp is amazing!! I just enjoyed a three day snow camp for the weekend. We had daily devotions in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with group bible study after breakfast and a lot of outdoor fun. Sleding on two differant hills; one for smaller individulals and a more advanced hill for ones feeling a bit more adventurous. I found out that they offer several differant camps throughout the year. April - Teen guys retreat August- Teen girls retreat Family camp labor day weekend and others throughout the summer. Skip and Marie (the diroctors of the camp) are getting ready to celebrate 50 years of camp!! They are having an open house June 18, 2022 from 11am to 4pm at the camp. They will be giving tours of the camp and providing food, games, and a real good time. You should definitely go check it out!!
