Went here as a kid and glad to see its revival! Pickleball courts are really nice, so are the people. Nolene the pickleball Pro here is such a good teacher and has really upped my game. I have got my mother started and she loves taking the classes and learning from her. Plus the restraunt is killer to boot. Very glad to be a member.

We had lunch at 40-love. Very good, good portions and reasonable prices. Don't have to be a member to eat there

The service was good our waitress was very pleasant. They were out of the egg salad. But that was fine. I had the tuna and it was done nicely. My wife had French toast, she enjoyed it The venue is so beautiful. An outdoor patio right off the pool and a pond in site. Lots of plants. Huge windows for natural light. I would go back to try other items.

Lunch is solid, but an ordinary experience, with the usual salads burgers, and sandwiches. The lunch menu is what you would expect for a tennis club lunch grill. However, the dining menu and food quality is extraordinary and spectacular. Every dish we tried was exemplary in its preparation, presentation, and taste. The service was attentive and professional. The atmosphere was very cozy, upscale, and romantic. This restaurant has quickly become one of our favorites.
