If you see any reviews on here that are negative, and before mid 2025, then it is not the same folks running the organization now. Bernie, the Director, is a freaking rockstar. The trainers are on point, the coaches are phenomenal. The programming and protocols are World Class. Anyone who is not a strong as swimmer and wants to learn - regardless of age - is welcome to go to SwimLabs. And, I will attest as a 50-year-old man who does not swim well, they cater to all levels of skill and learning.

He has really helped my daughter improve her stroke technique and helped her fine tune her freestyle.
