I love Swim School my 2 youngest daughters and myself have been taking lessons for about a year. We all have improved on our skills. All the staff we have worked with are wonderful. I am so glad my friend recommended Swim School to me. They have different locations which is pretty convenient depending where you live. I highly recommend Swim School if you want thorough swim lessons.

We have had a great experience with the Swim School over the years.  Their approach teaches younger children to be safe and comfortable around water, and then progresses to more advanced strokes and techniques. Both of my daughters did lessons through swim school from an early age and now are competent age-group swimmers despite both having early fears around deep water.  Every instructor we had was well-trained, firm and supportive.

This is a SCAM!! do not fall for it. This school runs in different locations with bunch of teenagers running the show. They do 15 mins class where each class is run by different teacher (although they promise we have shortage and all..). Apart from couple of good swim teachers, the swimming pools are old and stingy in run down neighborhood with poor maintenance. I still tolerated all this to only end up charged for 2 months automatically even after not accepting a class. Their excuse was you didn’t say no in the email. Well I didn’t say yes either. They also had in their policy that they won’t charge automatically, well they did. 90$ twice! My kid never attended a class, cause we didn’t know we are automatically enrolled. They also told me we can’t opt out by ourselves, we hav to email or call never reachable line. Highlight—you can’t even take off your credit card once you put it on the website. Why do I torture myself? Cause one of the good friend suggested they are good. Well I don’t think so. I have emailed their manager Alicia, every week for at least 4 weeks but no replies or callbacks. Please don’t send your kids to such places.
