Sunshine Art Space is a process-art studio in Bellaire offering summer camps (including pop-up camps) for children from about 18 months to 12 years, with a focus on making and doing over the finished product. Summer pop-up camp sites have included A New Leaf School in the Heights and The Unicorn Society in Spring Branch. Based on Cedar Street.

They kept us on schedule, helped to cut and serve cake and pizza, and were SO very patient with all of the kids during the art project. I also loved that they had a sensory area for the kids to take a break from The project if they wanted to. They had so many free art projects from bracelet making, coloring, making birthday cards, etc. I loved their kindness and flexibility. They also have “Sunshine Next Door” for drop in art projects, and I definitely want to check it out in the future.
