Powered by GoogleI had a horrible experience at studio Bella a few years back. I left my kindergartners in their care and on the first day they did not pick him up and then I had to battle with the Director to give me my money back which was $25, but I am a hard-working, single mother. I could not understand why they were making this so difficult as they did not even pick up my child from his classroom to attend. Ever since this experience, I have struggled to find reliable childcare after school, and it turns my stomach every time I see somebody speaking highly of studio Bella, because this was not my experience at all. My experience felt more like a scam. Every time I see the name studio Bella, my stomach turns, and I hope and pray that one day our school has a different after school program that is more reliable and more trustworthy. I feel like my son was robbed from having a great after school experience at his school thanks to Studio Bella.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here and it was perfect. They were so attentive and accommodating. The activities were a blast and the kids and parents all had a great time. My daughter was thrilled with her party. Thank you to everyone at Studio Bella for making my daughter’s day so special.
Our kid did a one day camp and they hated it, then I got a nasty passive aggressive email from the director pretending to be an expert about special needs but clearly clueless and ableist. I've heard from a Sanger family that they straight out won't even let kids with ADHD or Autism participate in the after school so I should have known but total ick on childcare providers who only want to care for SOME type of kids.
This review is long overdue. We had my daughter’s Encanto themed birthday party at Studio Bella over a year ago and I still think about how beautiful it was. They went above and beyond for our family and guests. It was truly a wonderful experience and I 100% recommend them.
My kids have been in Studio Bella camps for the past 5 years, since they were 2. We have always had a fantastic experience! We know Tammy personally and highly recommend Studio Bella!
