My son has been coming to SAHQ for most of the past year and has made huge strides in his basketball fundamental skills and agility. The consistency of the program that offers agility, strength training, and fundamental skills training is unmatched at the price anywhere. Beyond money, the younger kids are taught to be encouraging to their peers which instills a sense of sportsmanship and leadership. Attack the summer was a challenge but my son welcomed the challenge and worked hard to improve against no one else but himself. He shared at the end of everyday how much he enjoyed being there and said the older kids were encouraging and cheering the younger kids on the whole time and helping them reach the finish line as a team. He prefers attending SAHQ classes to most other training sessions he has had because of the team environment and the consistency of the program.
SAHQ is a place for serious althetes only where the investment is worth every penny. The membership is very very reasonable price and no other place can beat it in Abq: where you can go 5 days out of the week and workout 2.5 hrs each day and be pushed and motivated. There is no easiness about this program. SAHQ will help you achieve your goals plus make you tougher, faster and stronger and it's showing in today's performance. My kids love this place and I see results in their performances. When your kid is continually getting better at their performance you know they are at the right place. Yes it's tough, yes it hurts but out of it comes physical and mental toughness. For the basketball program: any organized team boys or girls that enters any tournament should always be prepared with documentation, proof of age and grade. General practice is the challenging team puts forth $100 to the tournament director and the documents are reviewed in front of both teams. If there is violation the challenging team gets their money back, if not, the tournament keeps the money. Parents need to know this basic tournament rule.
I absolutely love SAHQ and my SAHQ Fam. We work hard. Nobody in New Mexico trains like us. All the hate from the other teams is motivating us to stay on top. This weekend our team of 6th/7th graders won back to back Championships. We won the 8th grade division and blew out the 7th grade. We work harder than anybody. Nobody can break us because we are a true family. If people think we in 8th come at us we can prove that we aren’t. We are kids trying to get out New Mexico. We know that we are loved everyday from our SAHQ FAMILY. You don’t have to hate on very talented group of girls. I want to say thank you to all the people that hated on us. We proved that our process works this weekend with our actions this weekend. Our coaches has given their life’s to us. So never again disrespect our coaches like that and say that our program is bad. Please tell us how we cheat. I sure know that y’all just mad because we whop y’all butts every weekend. SAHQ is a place for serious athletes that love getting better. We are one team. Everyone that left dosent understand the true meaning of SAHQ. We win because we trust the process and are classy at doing it too. We aren’t even close to our goals. Blowing out teams is a reward from our hard work. Nobody runs Sandhills and works like us year around. We will never quit on our are SAHQ brothers and sisters. Thank SAHQ for pulling the true potential out of me. Love y’all❤️
So being a place for building awesome student athletes why show them how to cheat. I mean having two 7 th grade girl teams in a tourney and one gets out. Doesn’t mean you can add girls from that team to the one that is still in. You know that is wrong. You all have been in plenty of tournaments to know it is wrong. Way to lead by example. Great role models. Way to go coaches
