Not all that great. Machines need updates. Just because a former MLB player owns it doesn't mean it's top line. There are better to go to

Good equipment, great to get straight to the action, staff was cool. I will say that one of the machines were down though one of the machines were down. Other than that 5/5 would recommend.

I love bringing my kids here. But when it gets busy the machines run out of balls, due to them being caught in the net chains. So I have to keep clearing the chains for everyone to be able to hit.

Zero slow pitch softball machines. It's slower fastpitch, which doesn't work since it's a completely different swing. As big as slowpitch is in central Ohio, you'd think they'd accommodate at least one machine capable of it, but no.

Disappointing. Despite posting hours on the website of "Monday through Friday - 4-8 pm" from June 21 to December 31, this is the SECOND time this summer I've driven to Strike Zone for my daughter to hit and it's closed "for maintenance". This would be GREAT if that were true; however, every time we go in there, it takes THREE tokens to get the machines throwing strikes consistently for her to practice hitting. I'm just ready for this card to be used up so we can start going to Swing Away in Mt. Vernon. At least we know the hours in advance and their machines are consistent. I'd rather drive an hour each way for quality machines than waste 15 minutes each way driving somewhere that is closed for maintenance but never maintained. What a waste!
