Progress was tracked and updated as the camp went on. The whole goal according to Duke was to strengthen the arm and the results (velo) will follow. Duke is one of the very few coaches I have found that truly cares about my son's baseball performance even though my son doesn't play on his team. My son can literally text or call Duke with a question and help is always provided. See him for hitting as well. He helped my son tremendously with his exit velo as well. 100% recommend Duke at Punching Tickets.
