Powered by GoogleMy twins attended Estero Youth Soccer Winter League once and it was pure chaos and a total waste of time and I immediately asked for my money back and never returned. What was advertised as "Competitive Format" and "4X4 Format" was actually more than 4x4 players on a microscopic pitch 1/16 the size of a field managed by overwhelmed parent coaches. After months of trying to get my money back in a kind and patient way, office manager finally informed me all sales are final. Very unfortunate that program - and client service - is so poor.
Contacted them 4 times after I booked and realized the winter camp was on the collier school calendar and not Lee. I literally called them right after I booked and realized the mistake! This was well in advance of the camp. Not one call back or email. I wasn’t even wanting a refund! A credit would have been fine for a later date. Or even a call back explaining your policy. (which isn’t online) Yes I am aware this is my error, but a simple call back is good business. $200 lost on the camp and we will go somewhere else next time.
This is a joke. Stovi is rarely present and when he is it’s to give complicated instructions for 2 minutes and then the parents have to teach the kids how to play. The parents with little to no soccer experience. The parents who did not sign up to be volunteers but were stuck with the role of coach because there were no coaches for their child’s team because Stovi doesn’t hire anyone to coach or ref. Stovi has done nothing but collect the money and then made the parents do all of the work. He even had the audacity to tell the parents to show up to practice early to set everything up. This is literally his JOB and yet he is expecting parents who just got off work to come do the job he is being paid for. We will not be participating in this program again and I believe this is how the majority of those involved feel.
Stovi is incredible. His trainings consist of multiple components to take your game to the next level including technical, speed/agility/quickness drills and various exercises to strengthen your body. It truly is a blast to train with him and definetly worth your time.
Coach Stovi is not only an amazing coach, but person. Our girls have attended the Stovi Stars camp for the past two years and did not only learn how to be better soccer players, but how to be better teammates and inspire those around them! I absolutely love the energy these coaches have and what they bring out of the kids! Coach Stovi has also taken time out every week since the start of COVID-19 and the postponement of the soccer season to provide Facebook live trainings for the kids to keep in shape and keep their skills up! Again, just shows the heart of this coach and true love for the game and these kids! Again, our family cannot say enough about Stovi Stars and the girls cannot wait to see you all again!!
