Powered by GoogleMy son and I have had five or six lessons so far with Michael at Total Tennis. Mike is great. He is an excellent teacher and coach and has a really incredible amount of enthusiasm for tennis. I highly recommend him. Update: Almost a year later and my son is still taking lessons with Michael. My son has progressed a lot and he thinks Michael is an excellent coach. Michael's dedication to the sport and his students is extreme. For him, being a tennis coach is not just a job, it is his passion.
Mike is a consummate professional and lifelong student of the game. He is constantly analyzing the newest techniques actually utilized by top pros and ascendant juniors. When I step on the court with him, he transforms the experience into a tennis LAB. Minor adjustments to my swing path have made a dramatic difference. You Venmo Mike for the session, but it’s your opponents who pay the price..)
I've been working with Mike for over two years. He has greatly improved my forehand and taught me a one-handed backhand. I'm a much stronger 4.0 player because of him.
Coach Michael is definitely one of the best coaches here. Not only does he teach you how to hit the ball like a pro, but he teaches you the reasons behind it. I am currently a student under Coach Michael. It only took me around 2-3 lessons, and I can already see some huge differences between my shots.
Very happy with Michael's instruction... He has helped me modernize my groundstrokes and is in process of giving me a much faster, consistent and pain free serve! My groundstrokes have more spin than ever before and my elbow pain is subsiding as he corrects some errors. I know the courts are getting resurfaced and there are some more facility improvements being worked on in the park - I cannot wait to see the end result! Testament of my appreciation to Michael is several recommendations from people who ask about my tennis improvement.
