★C. L.Customer service and professionalism.👎Coaches can be mean to students who're trying to learn. Lessons don't seem well organized or structured to progress students to new levels. People pay to play lots of tennis and to receive coaching, not to run around and have little playing time. They could use some new drills and variety. Facility, court maintenance and the pool are pretty nice just needs some updating. It looks like it's from the 1970's. Best parts of the club are the outdoor courts and the pool. Communication from staff is lacking.
