Stepping Stone Dance Studio in Bristol is a 10,000 square foot facility with four studios, founded in 2011 by owner Dana Stone, teaching ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, Broadway jazz and tap, hip hop, musical theatre, lyrical, modern, acro, cheerdance, boys hip hop and breakdance. Classes serve ages 3 and up from absolute beginner to advanced in a deliberately non-competitive environment, taught by certified instructors. There is a wide variety of classes to take and they offer private lessons once in awhile throughout the year. The monthly price and recital fees are very reasonable. My kids love going there and look forward to all their classes.

★★★★★Courtney GMy daughter has done a few of their summer classes. They have special guests that come in for the kids which My 4 year old sees them and her eyes look mesmerized. These classes are 25$ a piece. After attending, my daughter 100% wants to continue for the year. The space they use is clean and quite large. Price is fair for the year also. In the parents waiting room they have a tv where you can watch your kids that are dancing in the other rooms. So far we really enjoy this dance studio 🙂

Miss Sally has been my daughter’s dance teacher for the last two years and she is the best. All the staff and instructors are wonderful. I also love that this studio is non competitive. I like that my daughter is learning to dance but also having fun. I have noticed other dance studios have somewhat revealing recital costumes for children of all ages which I’m not a fan of. Miss Dana has done a fantastic job finding age appropriate adorable costumes for the younger kids. If my daughter continues to dance, it will be with Stepping Stone! Thank you!
