STEM exCEL, now operating as the BSTEM Enrichment Center at 9914 Main Street in Fairfax, runs summer camps for ages 6 to 12 (grades 1-6) with core hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Camp weeks cover 3D printing, programming, robotics, digital art, and game design. The organization also runs before- and after-school STEM programs and one-day events across Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties.

Additionally, we've participated in several STEM exCEL after-school enrichment programs at Navy Elementary School. My 10-year-old and 11-year-old boys particularly loved the Minecraft courses, which went beyond just playing the game. The STEM exCEL teachers are extremely professional, enthusiastic, patient and kind with the students, even when faced with challenging situations. Managing elementary-age children can be difficult at times, but they do an outstanding job, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. I also want to commend their excellent customer service. As parents, we can be demanding, but the management team is always diligent in resolving matters effectively and fairly. I highly recommend sending your children to their programs.

They have even offered several free registration scholarships to students in our community.
