Sprout - Yoga & Art for Kids is a creative studio in the old firehouse at Wrightsville Beach offering yoga- and art-based summer day camps for children ages 5 and up, running about 10am to 2pm. Campers make art and practice kid-friendly yoga aimed at creativity, confidence, and calm. The studio also runs after-school sessions, toddler playgroups, and parties.
