I’ve been playing and coaching for sporting LS for 3 years now. Very pleased with the organization. They do a great job especially considering how many kids they have to put into teams and create schedules for. I’ve been very impressed at how well they maintain their fields every year. They can’t always control everything, players, coaches, or refs, but they do have a ref training program that’s seems to do very well. Looking forward to many more years.

My kids played in multiple soccer leagues and this by far is the best organized and run program. Don't live in LS but play through them since had good experiences. The fields are kept up well too. Kids get to play on the same team each season which helps. Seen a few intense coaches where I think glad my kid isn't on that team, but mostly good coaches. Some intense parents too who take things way to seriously and think their kids are superstars instead of playing for fun but get that in every sport. Reasonably priced at only like $100 a season.

They rig games at the tournaments they sponsor. Seriously -- when their Assistant Referees (line judges with the flags) are calling penalties the Game Referee ignores, it isn't a matter of parental bias and sour grapes. Who rigs kids' soccer matches? Programs that manufacture "success" to get your money without you asking too many questions, that's who. Ask the hard questions unless you are just looking for a sport that will give your kid good memories of "winning" until they are unprepared to win fair-and-square.
