My family's recent experience with TOCA FC has been underwhelming to say the least. Promises, promises and lies... This club has provided no information to my family nor given any details on what the G2013 girls' path forward would look like. April 18th - TOCA FC has been accepted to GA Aspire and DPL May 5th - Parent meeting explaining the girls will have 3 teams, GA Aspire, DPL, and Team 3 May 12th - updated pricing for DPL posted to TOCA May 12th - a spot was offered to my daughter May 12th - my daughter verbally accepted May 25th - Toca FC Executive Director emails, not calls the families, stating after consideration....no DPL league. May 25th - I ask TOCA what the plan for now team 2 will be? June 10th - no plan was ever discussed, nor did anyone at TOCA, to this day, ever reach out to my family to discuss. TOCAs slogan - faithfamilyfutbol - complete trust or confidence in someone or something. How can anyone trust you when you don't tell the truth?
Toca has been a joy for my son. The Toca Jrs program is GREAT. He now has a love for the game that I'm sure will grow with him. Great atmosphere, environment and CULTURE. Focused on character development through excellence.
If you want your child to enjoy playing soccer this is highly recommended. Beautiful atmosphere and shouting parents are not allowed. Thank you Toca for keeping our children in mind and for the love of the sport.
The way my son was treated during tryouts last summer was inexcusable. We were strung along thru multiple ID sessions and tryout camps and received nightly emails where we were told to trust the process and that he’d be a great fit to the club and team, only to be told on the last day of tryouts there was no spot for him. The way he was treated told us everything we needed to know about this club.
