Seedling Theatre Company is a children's performing-arts organization in Henderson offering week-long summer theater camps in June and July for children roughly ages 3-12. I cannot believe how much her singing and acting have improved in just one year. It was a very fun experience for her too! She has gained so much confidence. We started out with two summer camps. The singing camp with Miss Britni was amazing! The atmosphere at Seedling is one of acceptance, patience, but also hard work. I was amazed at the quality of that first performance after her first full semester with Kris. They performed Frozen Jr. and they all did so well! I am also impressed at how they kept everything together during Covid self isolation and made sure the kids stayed connected and working on their pieces using technology. They chose to come up with creative solutions for social distancing. I feel Kris has put the safety of our kids first, and I appreciate that. It really does feel like a family that we can't wait to get back to now that things are starting to open back up. We are so happy we were introduced to Seedling Theater Company!

She enjoys it so much! We've seen her progress in singing, acting, and her communication skills. The owner and teachers are great with the kids - supportive, kind, encouraging, dedicated, and out-of-this-world hardworking! As a parent, it's such a plus when you find a place where your child strives, is happy, makes friends, and is surrounded by such positive influences, while knowing they're in a safe and nurturing environment. Their shows are amazing and a lot of fun to watch. It's so nice to watch these Seedling kids on stage, while having so much kindness and respect for one another.
