I really appreciated the onboarding process for the CITs to act as an interview to give these kids their first taste of "how to sell myself and speak to what makes me a good fit for this position". My daughter also had to fill out an application describing her personality and asking why she wanted to work with kids. A great way to prepare for her first real job interview! My son, who attended as a student, loved the different themes that always included hands on play. The added after care option helped this working mom out A LOT!
