Powered by GoogleI have practically grown up at this dance studio and never had a bad thing to say. The teachers at SAB are dedicated and supportive to every student. The teachers here don’t only help you grow as a dancer but also as a person. The pre-professional program is great if you want to become serious in dance. It is a class that helps with technique and helps you learn so much and improve quickly. All the classes are lovely and very helpful for your dance career and practice. If you are worried about being “ the new kid” or “fitting in” don’t, because the students are very respectful and care about everyone they cross paths with. It is a very positive environment with smiles and laughter but also seriousness for when we dance. At SAB they offer many styles of dance and also a musical theatre class if you are a triple threat. This is such a great place to send your children no matter how old they are. SAB also does classes for adults if you love to dance. This studio is seriously a no judgement zone. And if anyone wants to start ballet “ later” no one here will do anything but help you achieve your dreams and goals. I seriously love this studio and will continue to work hard here!
I started ballet at 11 and had hardly any experience. SAB has helped me get to the Conservatory program and en pointe in only a year. The environment is wonderful and I highly recommend this studio.
Right now I am currently apart of the Professional Division at Boston Ballet School. No words can explain how grateful I am to have been apart of the St. Augustine Ballet community. If it weren’t for Mr. Luis and the many other teachers over the past 8 years I’ve been here, then I wouldn’t be where I am now. The studio has been like a second home and family, but I cannot wait for what’s next to come!
Our daughter has danced here for almost three years now, and they have been her best years of dance so far. She has always enjoyed ballet, but at St. Augustine Ballet, she has thrived like never before. From her first day at the studio, Mr. Luis has helped her harness her abilities to the fullest and has given her educational and performance opportunities that she would never have had at another studio, especially in the pre-professional conservatory program. We are so happy at this studio that we drive 40 minutes to get there four days a week! It's our home away from home, and it really feels like a big family. The studio has talented teachers and trains top-notch technique, but also emphasizes strong character in its dancers, and it all shows both on and off the stage. Everyone is kind and supportive of one another. Any dancer looking to reach their highest potential in a caring environment needs to put St. Augustine Ballet on their list.
Our family is so thankful for the St Augustine Ballet. My girls have been dancing there for over 8 years and have performed in all the shows. The ballet is our second family. SAB has provided them with a strong foundation in ballet technique and other dance genres. They have had the opportunity to work with amazing teachers and choreographers from all over the world. Thanks again St. Augustine Ballet for all the wonderful opportunities you have given my kids.
