We’ve had a wonderful experience with SafeSplash Scottsdale! Both of my kids absolutely love their swim classes and always look forward to going. The environment is very clean and well-maintained, which gives great peace of mind as a parent. The staff are friendly, patient, and very supportive with kids. One of the best parts is that after their swim session, my kids enjoy spending time in the play area doing activities like painting, while I can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It makes the whole experience enjoyable for both kids and parents. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend SafeSplash Scottsdale to other families!

SafeSplash Scottsdale has been amazing for my daughter. She came in older than most at her level after a negative experience at another swim school left her anxious and behind. Coach Aiden and the staff have been so patient with her, helping her rebuild confidence and feel comfortable in the water again. She’s been progressing at a steady pace and is finally excited about swimming. The environment is positive, supportive, and very kid-centered. Highly recommend this location, especially Coach Aiden.

I don't recommend this school for new parents. We started when it was aqua safe. Most of the old coaches left when it was bought out by safe splash. Lots of parents left. I, on the other hand stuck it out thinking may be with time it will get better. My kid has been on the same class forever. They don't do online evaluation anymore. My patience is running out and I am thinking my kid will be better taught somewhere else where they care about kids progress than money. If a kid has been in same level for more than 1 yr, then you know the coach ain't teaching it or they are purposely keeping the child longer so they can scam away🤷.

The facility has a makeover now with the new management and called as Safesplash. They still retain the old quality to accommodate and be open to make ups, change batches to manage availability which works great for the kids. The coaches are great and treat kids with great care. Kudos to the team!

* Edit* AUGUST 2024! When we came to this swim school it was aqua safe swim. Name has changed and inside has changed a lot! I wish the classes were designed more to the child’s needs vs the same routine every single class. My kids have been here for months and have not advanced to next levels. My toddler is basically swimming at home but still doing the same thing at his school he's been doing for months. My oldest son was swimming a lot more independently when we switched to this school and here I don’t feel he has the same freedom. I feel like he has went backwards. I do not love this school as much as i did when we switched months back. I just pulled my son on the autism spectrum out of this school because we do not feel this is the best fit for him anymore. They are not designed to work with children on with special needs and have learning delays. We had an incident with KARA. She was very aggressive with him. After being talked to multiple times on his treatment by Tina, kara still continued to be aggressive with my non verbal child who cannot defend himself or tell her to stop being so rough because she was hurting him or being mean to him during his lesson. It was shown multiple times that kara was frustrated with my son, did not use her words with him, pulled him under the water multiple times, yanking on his arms and aggressivly picking him up and slamming him on the pool deck. She knew i was watching so i don't want to imagine what she would of done if i was not there. I pray my child isn't traumatized from this experience and he still loves swimming because he truly loves the pool! It was about 20 minutes in where i had enough, on the verge of tears where I told Tina to please get my child out of the water with Kara. Tina did so, I truly love Tina and a few of the other girls there but this was the final straw to pull my son out of there. I bawled my eyes out my drive home because i was so frustrated with the way he was treated and i felt awful not getting him out of the water sooner. Tina offered a make up token for the lesson and knew i was hurt by the experience. I talked to her multiple times about Kara during the session. My toddler will continue to be in his semi class with a new instuctor, so i hope our experience with him will be better. I am willing to give it a chance before pulling him out as well. March 2024- We absolutely love this swim school. As soon as you walk in the door to when you leave it’s a great experience. You’re treated wonderfully, they greet you, they are there to answer any questions with a smile on their faces, dressing rooms, play room, cozy chairs to watch swim, snacks for kids, can buy towels or any swim necessities you may have forgot at home. Steven is so great answering any questions and running around making sure everyone is ok and comfortable. My toddler was struggling in a class and a gal named Elle jumped in and took my son one on one and got him to stop crying, he was laughing and splashing with her. She was able to immediately calm him down and he loves her now. She made the experience for my son worth it. He’s been here for about a month now and he’s learning to swim and do all the drills and work, follow direction and listen with his ears. My other son is on the spectrum and does a one on one class. We came from a different school so he already knows some skills but he is learning new ones here. They are kind and patient with him. They show him what they are going to do first and allow him to have his space and a break when he needs it.
