Wasn’t “allowed” to take class due to the made up “rules” at Rosewood Art Center. All staff would do is spout procedure. The staff, to include the city Director of Parks does not care one bit about customer service. All the City of Kettering cares about is $$$. So, be careful when you sign up for a class, or better yet, find somewhere else to take classes.

I think it was my first and only time coming here but I'm not sure but what I do remember is I was in a room that was like a classroom doing artwork, then I look slightly to my right and see this cute girl. I can't exactly remember what I said, but I said something to her and she said something back but the fact of me going there for just once gives me the memory, the nostalgia and, goosebumps every time I look at this place. The fun with short but I still had fun. I just hope other kids experience it too

Rosewood Arts Center has been a part of my family’s life for decades. The Children’s Theater, dance classes, adult art classes, studio time and the Kettering Health Art Gallery have made our lives more full and enjoyable. The recent renovations just push it all to a new level. Thank you!!

I just started going here this year and am really disappointed. Every interaction I have had with the people who work here was rude and condescending. They have very strict rules and are more passionate about rule enforcement than welcoming new people and fostering creativity and kindness in the community. I had high hopes for this place and am really let down by the negativity of this space.

I was a visiting artist, so my experience was different. The staff is amazing. Dedicated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The program is well organized and well prepared. I'm glad to have been involved in an event that encouraged learning in the arts. This facility is well appointed with many wheels and a great Bailey kiln! While clay is my specialty, the center offers other classes in glass, painting, theater etc. etc. Large place. Good peeps!
