River City All Stars (Home of the Rockets) is a family-owned cheer and tumbling gym on the north side of Jacksonville. Alongside its competitive all-star cheer, tumbling and dance programs, it runs summer choreography camps and stunt-and-tumble camps for youth athletes. ★Ashley BoltonIf I could give it less than one star, I would. It just so happened to be my daughter’s team mom. I received absolutely no support from her coach, Caitlin, whom showed up late to practice by an hour every Monday. When questioned about a suggested charge for a stunt group clinic for recommended choreo with an 18 hour turn around time, I received an unhinged call from the said coach citing that we had to pay her for her gas, although others (including her sister Chelsea, Alex, and McKenna) did not charge for the same service. She further called me a bad team mom and threatened to take away my duties (which are unpaid as a volunteer with no discounts). My spouse over heard the conversation, which was recorded and was speechless. This same conversation was shared in a group text by her sister with other team moms. I would not recommend this gym. The coaches are verbally abusive to parents and young girls. There are cheer gyms all throughout Jax, drive past this one.

Coaches kept the kids focused well ) My kids done gymnastics at another facility for about 6 months but I actually like this place better. The coaches seem very nice and I like that they do some dance mixed with gymnastics exercises. I'll Definitely be joining our kid as long as the price is right. It's close to our home and she seemed to enjoy the night.
