Racially profiled me at the door and denied me access with a nationwide membership. - they said they can’t verify my identity .Both stafff memebers ( both white females and subtle racist)were unwilling to help stating they can not find my name only as a man in Houston- refusing to scan my key card and asking to call my home gym to. You special I still love you Kathy and Betsy and Timmie for the back up 🙌🏽🤎🙏🏽

Very nice place. It's clean, well-organized, and the people are very friendly. My two boys attend different activities. What I like the most is their private swimming classes for kids on the spectrum and their instructors are formidable, respectful, and very very nice, full of patience for them💛🧡❤️. I couldn't ask for more.

We usually enjoy this location, it’s convenient, clean, and the staff is typically friendly. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. When I walked in, two employees (one named Silvia) appeared to avoid engaging. As I approached the counter, Silvia began doodling on a sticky note instead of assisting me. The other employee (I didn’t catch her name) eventually helped, but only after looking over at Silvia, who continued to avoid interaction. The overall impression was a lack of attentiveness and professionalism. I don’t want to assume anything personal, but the experience felt dismissive and not consistent with the service we’ve come to expect here Hopefully it was an off day.

Very nice place to workout,, Staff is always friendly ,, Always greeting you when arriving and saying good bye when leaving. No complaints from me.. I do have ,,, 1 recommendation,,,, ,, Can you please ,, please post signs on the machines that also hold the weights/ plates,,, That say don't not take or put weights back while someone is using the machine ,,,, I am trying to lift and people are banging the machine when moving the weights to and from. Either way it's a very nice place to workout Thank You

I’m very pleased with this location! The staff is consistently friendly and the facility remains impressively clean given the amount of people that access it throughout the day. There’s also a strong sense of community among the members, which makes the environment enjoyable. So, don’t be surprised if someone randomly strikes up a friendly conversation with you. I’ve truly enjoyed utilizing the gym, classes and lap pool.
