I personally was a part of RevLax and my parents can attest to this: coming to this club was one of the best decisions I made in my whole life. I struggled with the idea of ever playing in college when I was going to be a freshman in high school but the sheer motivation and support I was given by every member of staff of this club was magical and so influential. Whenever my mental health was brought down, whenever I was told I wasn’t good enough or did something wrong, Revs was only a call away and always there to help me get back on my path. I would never have the opportunities I have now if it weren’t for this club. I began my journey on the blue team and I had a blast. I even get to say I play with one of my former teammates from rev on my college team. These friendships were so special and mean a lot. I also got the opportunity to end my Revs career on the black team and just like the blue team, my game was continuously elevated. We were always held to a high standard that may have seemed hard to get but not impossible. The coaches always helped us get there and even with Nationals in Florida. Finally, the recruiting process, daunting and a whole job in itself, seemed so difficult and impossible with all the meetings with coaches and lists to be made and every detail you need to be perfect on top of academics. As someone who was part of an extremely academically focused school, Revs was the most helpful at guiding me and my family. I didn’t even know what I wanted in a school but they helped me narrow it down, find my interests and bring lacrosse and school and extracurriculars all into one. I can confidently say I found a school that has become my second home with a team that makes me love the game. I also tore my ACL my senior year in high school at a Revs tournament. Not being able to play my senior year and the thought of now coming back, was gut wrenching. But the support I received from my teammates and coaches throughout my recovery was so beautiful and thoughtful. My teammates constantly texted me. My coaches always wanted to help in any way they could. I felt so loved and supported and to say I am now playing in college and having played over half the games of my freshman year, I would have never dreamed of that in a million years. Revs truly helped me achieve my dream of playing at the collegiate level even after an extremely difficult recovery and the thought of never playing again. Any child looking for a club with a love and passion for the game, even if they don’t know if they want to play in college, Revs will be there for them academically and athletically. Mentally and physically.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve been apart of Revlax for 5 years and have seen such a change in my daughter - in terms of both lacrosse skill and IQ and confidence. They have helped lay a wonderful foundation for her, while teaching her about teamwork and accountability. Most importantly, the coaches are very accessible and responsive. Whether it be via email, text, or FaceTime calls, the coaches are always available to answer questions, offer feedback or just check-in with the girls outside of regular practice times.

As a parent of three daughters who have come through Revolution Lacrosse, I can say without hesitation that this program delivers much more than just on-field player development. Two of my daughters started playing in middle school and are now playing at the collegiate level and our youngest began in 2nd grade and is now committed to play in college. While we're incredibly grateful for the opportunities Rev has helped open for them, what we value most about Rev goes beyond recruiting success. The coaching is excellent — knowledgeable, demanding, and deeply committed to developing high-level players. All three of our girls built a tremendous lacrosse IQ, sharpened their technical skills, and grew into strong, confident athletes. But what sets Rev apart is how the program invests in the whole athlete. The coaches truly take the time to get to know each player as an individual — understanding their personalities, strengths, and areas for growth. Over the years, we watched our daughters not only become better lacrosse players, but more resilient, disciplined, and confident young women. They learned how to handle adversity, compete with integrity, and trust in their preparation. Most importantly, they developed the belief that they are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to. We are very grateful for the role Rev and all of it's coaches have played in our daughters' lives. It’s more than a lacrosse program; it’s a community that builds strong athletes and even stronger women.

As someone who has run a boys club program I was very cautious with my daughter when she was choosing her club team. We looked at every team in New England. We chose Rev because I realized after watching coach Meg Reddy in action, that she was giving the girls college level coaching all while bringing the concepts down to a level that was fun for teenage girls. She is the best girls club coach I have ever seen. I didnt realize how good the founder Lucas cash with his unorthodox style was until after my daughter was playing college lacrosse. I asked my daughter one day in college why her HS all American teammate wasn’t getting playing time after being such a top recruit. She said “ she doesn’t have the right mind set, when you’re playing at this level everyone you play against is great. You’re going to make bad plays, she gets down on herself when the going gets tough, she is not resilient, she doesn’t bounce back. Lucus cash wouldn’t tolerate that from any of the rev girls for one second. He drilled a mental toughness into us. When we we down he made sure we pulled ourselves back up.” If you want to play at the college level it takes great coaching along with the right mindset —that’s the difference between being good and great. Rev prepares their kids to be successful long after club lacrosse is over.

I can’t give enough kudos to Rev Lax! The growth my daughter has achieved over the last several years both on and off the field has been due in part to the coaching staff at Rev. The guidance, attention, support and dedication she has received in achieving her lacrosse goals has been second to none. I also appreciate the additional skills practices throughout the week, which goes to show the staff’s dedication to providing opportunities for development. As a working parent, I appreciate the clear communication (and reminders!) on all administrative tasks. The operations team is professional, knowledgeable and organized making the management of logistics a breeze!
