Our daughter recently became part of the 2027 Lady Reign Girls Lacrosse Team, and this team quickly became family. One of the standout aspects of Lady Reign is the approach to player development. The coaches, especially Coach Chris and Coach Bri, go beyond training players in teamwork and strategy. They provide position-specific training that allows each player to hone their skills and excel in their designated roles on the field. What truly sets Coach Chris and Coach Bri apart is their coaching methodology. Unlike other coaches who resort to yelling and tearing down players when mistakes are made, Lady Reign's coaches take a more encouraging approach. They focus on highlighting what players are doing well and give constructive feedback on areas that can be improved. This positive coaching style not only builds skill but also really supports and nurtures the girls and the team resulting in the girls supporting each other through mistakes and challenges instead of pointing fingers. This approach has resulted in making the Championship game in our first tournament, winning our third tournament and making the Championship game in 3 of our 5 tournaments against teams that have been together much longer.
