The Idaho Falls Parks & Recreation Department runs summer day camps out of the Idaho Falls Recreation Center for children roughly ages 5-16, with high-energy games, sports, and activities at the rec center plus outings to the Idaho Falls Zoo and swim challenges at the Idaho Falls Aquatic Center. Families can register by day or session, with programs split by age group.

Always have fun at the train show in October.
Since remodel no privacy in the locker rooms. New door or partition needs to be put up so people in the gym can't see into the locker rooms. Also, heat runs even in the summer time in men's locker room
Really nice facility. Very clean and well organized. Volley ball games were fun for the girls.
I went with my littles for a toddler playtime on Friday morning. I think it's from 8 or 9am until 11am. It's $1 per walking child (my 8mo twins were free). Super worth the price! The rec center provides toys and there's lots of space to play. The only downside is parking, but not too bad if you know where to look. 😊
