Love love love this daycare . If I could give them 10 stars I would . Started potty training my 2 yo without me asking . Told me to put her on underwear without me suggesting it . She’s completely potty trained . Teaches those babies so much .y daughter speaks so well . Never last minute with anything . I made a good choice.
I love the staff and i love that my son actually is learning something everyday!...Commnuication between the staff and parents is also great! Especially with Covid!...
My grand daughters attend this daycare. While I have been in town since October 2020 every day they come home it’s always something. One had to get picked up because she used the restroom on herself. Why? Because she was scared to ask to go potty because the staff says don’t come ask anything or get up until 10am. They are to have their tablets charged which is fine but when tablets go dead/dying the parent is called and almost berated about why.. “so are we gonna go through this everyday” as if they don’t have abilities to plug the tablet up to continue school work. So today December 9, 2020 the girls were turned around and staying that no one made payment for them to attend. This made the mother late for work, children late to log in school and the children’s moral pretty low. When the parent contacted the facility with why, the person she talked to asked if the children went to camp the week of thanksgiving! The answer is no. They did not they were home with me. So they have humiliated the children on this day and then turned them away. We are all living in the same world here and we are all having the same struggles and trying to make it. For this establishment to act in the manner they have been is not right and I call for senior officials to look into the practices of this establishment. If they all are coming home with complaints as to how mean and the things said to them in which the children are some what afraid but know they have to go makes me even more concerned. Please look into this. I have copied and forwarded this complaint to BBB.
I absolutely love this center. My baby has been going here since she was 1 she's now 3. They are very clean and nice. They understand you & will care for your kid like he or she is theirs. My baby loves her teachers, they are always nice and loveable. They don't hunt you down for fees, they will work with you as long as you communicate. Only thing I wish is that they did was bus routes from and to home. But I highly reccomend this center to anybody. I hate my baby will be leaving soon for kindengarden.. But she most def will be a afterschooler.
